Some employees among those who’ve been working here for many years are still considered as seniors/principals but don’t belong to this level anymore and are too slow and reluctant to change. So since they are well-respected and participate in the essential processes, many of these processes are being slowed down by their pace. I’m really sad that I’m saying that since they are great people, but if the company wants to achieve its goals in a timely manner, it may need to let some of them go.
