Pros
1. Good competent working colleagues. 2. Very self-driven culture. If you need hand-holding, you may get for few days/weeks but eventually, you will have to learn how to get things done on your own. 3. A many positive changes introduced by new people's VP Lissa. e.g - More streamlined comp review, Bias training, Tile Flex (Yes, you can work from home!!), Career training. If it sounds like a lot of changes in just 3 months, it is. And it's really awesome, how much energy she has brought with herself to Tile. 4. Transparency - you get chance to ask any question (Direct/ anonymous) almost every week in an open forum and executives do their best to answer it.
Kontras
1. Wok pressure is high. But it depends, if delivering cool things is your game, then you may not feel too bad about it. 2. Workplace gets noisy time to time, but there are some hideouts (inside the office) :D 3. 401(k) match is something they have not figured out yet.
