Rather than accept that we are not offering what the customer wants, failure is always attributed to execution and culture opportunities on the store level. A mixed message of brand identity as they try to market the stores as a one stop destination for tech pros and DIY'ers and then doesn't stock the store with a solid selection of parts... opting to fill the shelves with toys, candy, flashlights and toasters.
