If you are one of these unfortunate talented professionals, you will be expected to work long hours for a director not very tech savvy or have even been in the tech industry. You will be confused about the culture St Louis management promotes in required "Culture" meetings because they won't even follow their own drivel. Instead they show you how to be cold, calculating, and ruthless. For these reasons, stay away from TierPoint, they are horrible unless you are part of the Good Ole Boy St Louis Club.
