A person can punch a clock and do the minimum and keep working long term.

They make the federal government look efficient. Completely lost the identity of the individual data centers. Little upward mobility. Always desire more work from fewer people. Lying about family first, not really a value. Removed sick time, removed the ability to carry over PTO, cut raises and bonuses the last few years.
