Pros
some of the colleagues are nice, but becareful of the politics
Kontras
The company advertises “no experience needed,” but the reality is very different. As a newcomer, the sales target is extremely hard to achieve, especially without prior experience in sales or interior design. I worked for almost a year and barely earned anything. While there are mentors, some of them are very toxic and add even more pressure instead of actually helping newcomers grow. The biggest issue is the contract. If you fail to hit the sales target or leave before reaching $60,000 in sales, you may be required to pay the company $4,000. Management frequently brings this up, creating a fear-based environment that feels more focused on protecting the company than supporting staff. One of the office environments was also very toxic overall. Please read the contract carefully before joining and don’t blindly believe the recruitment promises.
