Completely disconnected management. Purchasing other companies and putting on high paid managers while not recruiting any more staff on the "tools". All new companies work loads are added on top of existing work required from employees. A constant revolving door because staff are not trained, incentivised nor rewarded for "Going the Extra Mile". Company mission statement is a complete lie.
