You see mixed reviews on here. The 5s are from sales/marketing/customer success roles the 1s are from the product/technology team. To learn about the issues with the lack of planning and expectations, see the various other reviews.
My main issue is with the lies the company dishes out when it comes to benefits. The unlimited holidays is (shocker) not unlimited. Fair enough if you want to have a cap on holidays, but ditch the false advertising. It’s also annoying that some employees are allowed to work abroad while others aren’t. You obviously have policies, so put them in the job advert rather than having people learn about them only after taking the job.
If you’re consider accepting a role here, I’d advise you to look elsewhere.
