A typical day at Thrive is meaningful and dynamic—I’m in schools working directly with students, collaborating with teachers, and partnering with families to support individualized learning. I’ve learned how powerful true teamwork and clear communication can be, especially when everyone is invested in a child’s success. Management is supportive, accessible, and genuinely values our input, which makes the work feel purposeful. The workplace culture is warm, collaborative, and centered around relationship-building.
