- Good holiday - Personal Days Allowance

- Favouritism if you’re best friends with the Area Manager you get the job higher up - People get recognised for good sales performance if they’re doing dodgy selling to get their numbers up and pushing multiple products to foreigners and people that hardly understand pitching as one price - Recognition is awful - No ability to help with customer service issues in store and awful contact centre
