We take concerns of this nature very seriously and would urge you to use our internal mechanisms available to allow your concerns to be fully investigated. Your help is raising such concerns is essential in order to allow us tackle this issue directly. We have our (anonymous) whistleblowing hotline and our grievance process available to all. You can contact People Assist for further guidance and support to understand next steps.
We continue to make progress in our commitment to positive mental health by creating an open and supportive environment at Three. Our Employee Assistance Programme has loads of useful resources and we’ve also recently trained and deployed a number of ‘Time to Talk’ reps across the business.
