Pros: - Amazing colleagues that are supportive, even if you're not on the same team - Leadership is extremely transparent - Competitive compensation packages (including equity) - Great benefits, especially for a small company. 100% health insurance premium, dental and vision coverage, mental health stipend, work-from-home stipend, among others - Dedicated efforts to support the community against social injustice. - Value-based interview process - Flexible working hours. Outcomes prioritized, not the hours that one inputs. - Huge focus on team bonding, especially while remote, and will continue to have a distributed workforce. - Very few meetings compared to most companies. We use our asynchronous product internally, so have a lot of time to focus on our work. No zoom fatigue here!

- While not a con for me, moving fast might not be for everyone. We ship quickly and sometimes don't have the structure that someone from a larger company may be used to. However, there is a lot of autonomy to own your decisions and there is support if you are blocked.
