Pros
Training, Tuition and Certification reimbursement, Projects change so no boredom/repetition, working from home most of the time is awesome, travel to customers sites gets me free miles/points for personal vacations, they try to get you the type of projects you want to do, they will help you get to where you want your career to go, 401k and profit sharing are awesome, pay is good, they pay for medical and dental, lots of great experience migrating to cutting edge technologies (cloud, datacenter, etc), great experience, many great employees, management will try to back you up and help you out on a project if they can, flexibility and control so you can take care of personal issues as needed, 40 hour work weeks, little to no pressure from the company (even if there is from clients), they have and will let employees leave and then hire them back years later, they don't sweat the small stuff or nitpick, you will not be micromanaged here get the work done and they don't care, you can get help from other employees if you get stuck, they encourage you to learn new things.

Cert reimbursement is only if you pass, training and knowledge transfer isn't as good as it could be, travel can become a bit much at times, it's still IT so you'll have some nights and weekend work to do for maintenance, the medical and dental is decent but not good in my opinion, some of the clients can be difficult to work with, little operational experience on technologies, it's a business so they have cater to bigger clients even if those clients are difficult to work with, with no central office there is a disconnect between fellow employees, the rules aren't standardized, and communication about what's going on isn't where it should be.
