Startup environment means operations can be messy and work can bleed into personal life if you don't draw boundaries. Goals can be overly aspirational which makes success hard. Leadership is still developing - high turnover of some strong leaders.

I think working here teaches painful lessons about setting boundaries at work. It is absolutely necessary nowadays.
