Think we should be doing something different? Come up with a plan for what we should be doing and pitch it. However, this does not come without hard work. I believe in work life balance, but I also understand if I want to see things change I might put in a couple of extra hours here or there to make that happen. That is my choice, and I do it because I believe in where we're going and I believe in all the awesomely creative and talented peers I get to work with.

We have amazing co-workers around the globe, internationally... how can we ensure we are speaking and acting from a space that is inclusive? > Cross departmental collaboration can be improved. Even as a small company, we are a bit siloed in our approach. I see the effort we are making to try and bridge the gap (weekly all-hands meetings, changes in workflows), but more work needs to be done so that we are a cohesive unit, regardless of department.
