A friendly, mostly collegial environment. A casual work environment, where small classes let you get to know your students. Lots of international students, many of whom are really pursuing permanent residency rather than a real education.
Kontras
The top leaders really seem untrustworthy. Although they do seem to be consistent at sweeping problems under the rug (or accusing their own employees of being the problem).
