Flexible work schedule. Don’t have to punch a time clock.

Kontras

Promote and hire friends and family. Leadership constantly sticks their head in the sand. Unfair pay, bonuses, and raises. Wages and bonuses are not clearly communicated. Diversity and inclusion does not exist.

Pros

Respected in their core geography Employees treat each other with respect Employee-owned and growing every year makes our ESOP value and compensation packages good including several bonus opportunities. Leaders don't interfere too much but are available when you want them

Kontras

It's still relatively small (500-700 employees) which can limit the scope of technical projects.
