The management totally ghosts you .. and threatens to terminate you if you ask them about anything work related. And they provide you sessions whenever they want to .. if they dont wont you to do sessions , they assume you have no other work and expect you to wait jobless. Also they ask you to complete their courses before they provide you with sessions , it isnt one or 2 it takes alot of time and energy.
