All leadership positions, (including management), are filled without using any design experience! The business model here is simple: Get a single job, hire a single designer, work the designer 80-90 hours a week with NO support and then let the designer go because they could not secure more work! Currently THINKpath has ZERO REPEAT CUSTOMERS and only a couple of Dayton area customers. They have lost every local customer they had. THINKpath has a VERY UNSECURE ITAR room within their facility. They also lost the one LARGE repeat customer they had which was an ITAR company. FOR CONTRACTERS: Do not allow THINKPATH TO PLACE YOU! Any other company can get you the same position only you will make more because THINKpath wants a high profit margin because when thry actually place someone or get an in-house project, they must make-up for the time without work which is a constant! Also, THINKPATH has no contracts of their own, so any recruiter can find you the same position with MORE MONEY! The recruiter at THINKPATH only works half days anyway! Most employers have a MAJOR dislike for THINKPath because they have the highest rates and poorest quality. Even having THINKPATH on your resume can hurt your future! KEEP LOOKING! As our industry grows and company rush to hire - THINKPATH is shrinking and losing every customer they get!
