      - guesthouse no other Pros in this company

      - No Grows opportunity - No HR process, every decision is made by the manager based on they own sentiments - minimun salary - contract clauses not respected - Useless event - Bad organization at all

I am personally involved in every process related to each of the resources that collaborate in Thinkopen, and both I and the whole HR group try to work at their best to guarantee everyone continuous growth.       Pros

      Many people with high skill in a lot of technologies. If you cannot grow in here, you would not be able to grow anywhere else. I came as a java Dev and I learnt other languages, DevOps basics and a lot of networking stuff. I get out as a Solution Architect. They spent a lot of time in training, they give me the chance to fail and try again. Now we started a spin-off startup focusing on infrastructure management, a new exciting adventure to dive into!

      The work area is open-space style, but sometimes it gets to much noisy...
