Pros

There are free snacks and drinks. The staff if very diverse.

You are expected to work more time than you are being paid for. They bring up coming in 10 to 15 minutes before your start time, but at the same time there is no mention of being on a call 45 minutes past when you were supposed to leave. They have very antiquated views of a salaried position and there is no discussion of flex time, and if there is it is in very hushed tones so word doesn't spread if accommodations are made. For customer service, there is a level of oversight that can make the position unbearable very quickly. There were multiple mentions of eyes being everywhere, whether it was in the call queue, or on the messaging app to make sure you are logging on exactly at your start time or responding to every post made by a manager or team lead, even if is a post of a gif saying what day of the week it is. You are also expected to share that you are in the bathroom with a restroom emoji. I am not able to speak for other departments, but if you are being told that there are eyes everywhere, it is very unsettling and makes for an untrusting and uncomfortable work culture. You will also hear things about being 5 minutes late from the main chat for customer service as well as the individual team chats. This becomes overwhelming to be bombarded with the idea that staying beyond your end time is a moot point compared to making sure you are there exactly at your start time. I think there is an attempt to put a fun coat of paint over the actual position, which is fine to a degree. However, when you are forced to participate by responding to posts that have nothing to do with actual tasks all the while being told you are being watched if you don't do those things, the "fun" aspect fades very quickly and you realize that this is a call center through and through. If you are comfortable with a call center atmosphere and constant oversight then give them a shot. They do have nice equipment and free snacks. I just felt the need to voice my experience to anyone who might be on the fence or wanted to know what the position would be like.

Pros

Benefits start after 60 days. The full amount of your PTO is given up front after 60 days. The new employee training is the absolute best out of any organization ive ever worked for. Managers and team leads are always available and respond quickly

There isnt really a clearly defined attendance policy.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. The company also offers an excellent work-life balance, and the pay is decent. Overall, it is a rewarding and supportive place to work.

Kontras

No major cons from my experience. There can be occasional busy periods, but the overall work environment and support from management have been positive.
