the company is extremely limited, lack of focus, lack of customer base, don't have any type of vision of where the company wants to go, things seem to just flop this way and that way with no solid guideline on how to deal with things in a systematic fashion, knowledge base seems to be limited to just microsoft and even at times that knowledge seems questionable, equipment is barebones and simplistic with an extremely cheap environment, better off working out of your bedroom.
pay, benefits and bonuses are a joke. i really don't see this company going on for much longer, it's a dead duck. projects are rarely completed on time and clients are constantly getting pushed to the back burner while the employees would try to play catch up.
