1) The company does not seem to focus too much attention on recognizing and retaining great, hardworking and talented employees, which I assume may be due to a rapid growth that the company is currently experiencing. 2) Because of the rapid exponential growth, the amount of workload can oftentime be a bit overwhelmed.
