Bad company - Project Manager bei TheIncLab: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The work we are doing is technically interesting and of real-world consequence. I find it hard to get bored at TIL.

The company is growing and maturing. There are lot of changes taking place.

Workers and front desk personnel are great people. And enjoyed working in my original role and manager I was hired by and worked for

Some of those in lead roles don't listen to input from those hired for specific task or take input from some as being combative and fighting against the mission. Actually took a pay cut from previous job for said "great opportunity" and opportunity to work for old manager before they were fired. Say they care about family and work/life balance but rather you work to the ground and then give "work events" to counteract. Submitted FMLA as a single parent and was let go the next week. Rushes into contracts with no direction to make company look like they are doing what's great for everybody but will underpay and over work.
