All the sales reps were genuine and nice

Kontras

Commission only Management tries to put so much emphasis on culture that they take away one hour a day Lots of travel time (go to work, waste half an hour, go to site, work for 5 hours, return to work, waste another hour, go home) - instead of wasting 2 hours a day, why not just go from home, directly to the site and hand in the apps at the end of each week? Extremely high turnover

Pros

The best reasons to work here is firstly because they value team work very importantly, there is a lot of mentoring and coaching that takes place. I learned a lot here, my confidence increased a lot and i also got my first taste of public speaking, management and interviewing. My fav part was the business trips, we got to travel quiet a bit around north america.

Its very competitive there and as im not a competitive person some times i didnt like it.

Pros

For me personally, the best experience has been developing my professional skill sets and learning how to not only manage customers and clients but teach and train groups of people. Developing the managerial mentality and seeing people grow while making friends in the process is something I was unable to find in other companies.

Kontras

Struggling at the beginning with teaching and training people that did not have the same personality or learnt in the same way I do.
