not alot of multi lingual people. mostly speak english and chinese alot of customers also want us to speak malay but i was the only one who could converse in malay aside from my manager which need to call if i was busy

As a Community Associate handling both receptionist and admin roles at The Work Project, I get to experience the space from multiple angles.
