I had an inquiry regarding my salary and overtime pay once and after communicating with the receptionist through phone calls and emails for about a month, I still haven't received a clear answer - that is until I went to the marketing director (whom I befriended) to ask personally. Unstable employment. This company had a mass lay off (more than half of the employees in my department were cut) after a completion of a project. Low pay. Base salary was NT20000/month, a little less than the minimum wage job in Taiwan, even though it was a job that required an artist background.

Have lots of free time, you can research most you want.

Hardly hiring any new people, so one can only research new techs, but hardly able to import new techs, because we lack of people to improve while maintaining the whole work platform.
