Pros
- Great culture and a healthy workplace environment- you can be honest about feedback and they hear you. leadership, project managers and managers are proactive in asking questions, check-ins, and are available for guidance. they are also transparent about goals, current position, work in the pipeline etc. they really do want you to succeed!
- Leadership cares about it's employees and they are invested- they have programs like Authentic Leadership Journey and Strengths Consultations with awesome mentors that help you navigate your day to day, struggles, wins etc on both, a personal and work level
- Great work-life balance- and they really mean it
- Good co-workers
- Really get to know the people you work with and establish healthy relationships/ open communication- i personally love that i am excited to help with tasks when i know a person may have more on their plate (which is because of the good relationships, open communication, huddles etc) and that i am excited to contribute to a company i genuinely respect and want to be an asset too.
- They are awesome with their clients- honest, trustworthy, hard working and accommodating!
I know I'm going to think of more pro's as I go on about my day, but The Vested Group is truly a great place to work at. You learn, you are encouraged and supported as you grow, have a healthy environment conducive to growth and it is easy to want to work for a company you genuinely root for!
Also, the office is dog-friendly which i LOVE!
Kontras
- Training for employees new to the workforce/ consulting/ NetSuite could be better- Training and guidance could be planned and structured better allowing knowledge transfer and newbies to really be able to contribute earlier and better. they really do want to learn and i think having a plan in place to support that, could really help the organization grow, even culturally.
- Salary could be more competitive as compared to other offers/firms
