Everyone walks on eggshells b/c you can be let go at any moment-the turnover is very very high. Plus there are no reviews so u never know where you stand and there’s no leadership. Was never given a chance and leadership is clueless about the hard working people they really don’t care they get rid of good people and keep the ones that do nothing it’s really sad
