Management sees this as part of the job and not a quality issue that needs to be addressed - Workload depends on the project you are assigned to. Some have silly timelines it seems - No proper HR function, and therefore little to no career development guidance - No KPIs or OKRs set. Performance grading appears to be arbitary - 14 days of annual leave - Weak medical benefits - No AWS, non-existent bonus - No town halls or updates on the health of the company
