A typical day for this company is watching all the decision makers ignore and blame each other for their own mistakes. It is normal for upper management to take a month and a half to fill, sign or approve anything. I have never worked with such uneducated people in their "field". The I.t. department and the technical staff know what they are doing; too bad they are essentially hand cuffed to the radiator while the building is on fire. The customer service is a joke and the training is an epic comedy. They violate basic legal requirements on an hourly basis almost. It is a "family-friends" discount club if you're not in it, don't even bother trying to get anything done. Expect to be blamed and thrown under the bus; SAVE YOUR EMAILS. The clients are constantly complaining about how garbage the service is. The most enjoyable part of being there was the entertainment. The CEO regularly throws temper tantrums openly in the office and hides from the Board of Directors on a regular basis. My favorite quote I heard him say they hire "Attractive women to trick the clients into being nicer and to leave incentive based review on google. And that the clients are idiots."
