The team is very collaborative and actually cares about their employees. From the CEO to the office support staff, everyone is friendly and fun to work with. The work is challenging yet rewarding.

Can be gaps in communication sometimes, but nothing you would not see at any company with over 400+ employees.

Team I worked with genuinely cared about me and wished for me to succeed. Fun, inviting environment, everyone there was very nice.

There weren't any real downside working for this company. only thing I can say was I was let go due to budget cuts.
