It's a close knit team of people who are passionate about helping each client achieve sobriety. Lots of other employees are long-term sober, too, so we all support each other. The hours can be flexible which is great!

Sometimes the clients can be unpredictable but that's recovery!

-Great for people with outgoing/friendly attitudes -Fun co-workers -Environment of caring/helping people in need -Excellent Culinary staff -Engaging with clients can be fun and rewarding

-Complete lack of communication between departments -Administrative staff is completely out of touch with day to day operations at the facility -Becoming more and more about the money and less about the client care -Compensation is atrocious for the amount of stress and work that is expected -Never knowing what to expect from day to day, rule changes and policy changes are made on the fly without being communicated in most cases
