Pros
Compensation is competitive. Benefits are fantastic. It used to be a great company until the original President sold out and left.
Kontras
No leadership. Middle management and above don't have a clue. Incompetence is running rampant and they won't do anything about it. Next to no appreciation or recognition for quality employees. Seems like the incompetent employees who butter up to management are the only ones that get recognized for their "great" work.
