One day they'll ask you to go left, the second day go right and the third day they'll ask you why you didnt go straight 3) Employees are treated with utmost disrespect and policies change as per individual whims therefore you can understand that none of the policies are pro-employee 4) They will offer you a good salary but please stay clear of the temptation to join them. The salary comes late 5) If your career is going in a good steady direction be sure that a stint here will take your career graph down.
