Pros

The clients are amazing and the methodology really works

Kontras

Turnover is extraordinarily high because the trainers aren't treated well. Obviously, that reflects poorly on business. The company feels like it's run by a bunch of immature high schoolers and everyone is constantly going behind one another's back. Memberships don't need to be nearly as high as they are, you are ripping people off.

Pros

We have a group of unique and incredibly intelligent woman that are so welcoming! Our CEO cares deeply about each of her employees and it shows! We have continuing education so we are always up to date on the most current research in the field of pre/postnatal exercise.

I have been with The Lotus Method for over a year and a half and I can truly say this is a place you can call home. My coworkers and clients are like family and the management is supportive, encouraging and communicative. The entire Lotus Method team is filled with employees who are driven, empathetic, collaborative and educated making The Lotus Method an ideal place to work. My onboarding was detailed, well paced and gave me the tools and resources to come into my role as a Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist 100% prepared. I have been in the health and training world for over 10 years and I can honestly say The Lotus Method is the only company I have worked for that emphasizes and facilitates seminars for continuing education for trainers and clientele. The Lotus Method invests in their employees, which is something you do not find often in a training position as well as great compensation and benefits.

I believe it is important to not get hung up on negatives but focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in action that support that. The Lotus Method adapted to training virtually within one day of lockdown during the pandemic. Employees were quickly able to work efficiently and clients were able to continue their exercise regime despite the state of the world. The Lotus Method stayed true to the company’s ethos and continues to do so; making sure employees and clientele are taken care of, supported and safe.
