Pros
An incredible commission structure the likes of which I've never seen. Power over your schedule and your plan for your territory. This is not for the faint of heart, but it is definitely an incredible opportunity to own your approach to work, and be rewarded for whatever positive solutions you bring to your own table.
Kontras
I imagine any real cons people might perceive are due to their having the wrong expectations of the company. This is not employment, and not exactly a franchise. You are an independent contractor responsible for a geographic territory. As such, it falls squarely on your shoulders to discover what marketing and approach will work best for your area. Management has templates and suggestions as a starting point, but it's a startup mentality where your success is wholly in your own hands. I imagine if they'd already cracked the code of how best to sell in most contexts then they wouldn't be offering such generous residual commission... instead, they'd be training telemarketers and data entry folks to just read a script and follow a recipe. This is far more uncertain and therefore far more engaging than that.
