The management is really flexible with scheduling and they try to make sure that people are highly matched for their positions,

The pay is great for entry-level positions but as you advance it's competitive but not great. They also promote mostly from inside so that's a plus and a minus,

Very excellent boss and management team in general.

Kids were hard to work with - very rowdy and not interested in art.
