A small company environment may not suite everyone. The assignments may be long, repetitive tasks. Depending on your assigned work, your social interaction with others may be limited at times.

I really enjoyed contributing to the mission and communities we served. It was my first time working for a non-profit, and it was historically successful. Also, realistically the employees were treated pretty well.

Some of the projects did not always hold up, the office always felt a bit depressing because of how people felt about upper management, and the negativity sometimes outweighed the positive impact and contributions we were attempting to make.
