They will have you with two sometimes three clients at once while billing for one of them. While doing so HIPAA is being violated. If you are RBT certified and this is going in when state comes in you will lose your license. PTO and unexcused absences are not honored. Job is not secure Something I found very interesting is that we work with minors but don’t have to complete a drug test or background check.
