We work hard to be a company where all employees feel they have the appropriate training and management team support to be successful in their role and I am sorry that was not your experience.       Pros

      - Working with all the different teams give me a great opportunity to get a lot of experience. - Senior execs have a lot of transparency and answer any questions - I love the team I work for and the other teams are always welcoming - Work from home - So many people with deep experience - Growing fast - Who knew that there were so many different types of insurance

      - While I love work from home, I don't get to meet other people in person that often.
