TCC is a great employer. They're super supportive, flexible and all-round good people.
With a flat hierarchical structure, everyone in the team has their voices and opinions heard. From day 1 you are brought into the business as a valued partner - there's no competitive atmosphere like you'd find in a lot of other agencies.
The processes and structures in place are second to none. I've never worked in an agency where there's a process for everything, and everything has a process! From writing emails to clients, to booking in work, you can always find a document - or team member - to talk you through the process.
And, as I mentioned before, the team are all incredibly supportive. With monthly one-to-ones and a thorough personal development plan, my voice isn't lost, and I feel comfortable approaching the team with suggestions or feedback.
