there are no expectations as no one answers your emails or phone calls

This is the most poory run company I have ever experienced. Management comes across as inept or just absent. People take days to answer you. There is no accountability when things go wrong . Every project had major issues and delays yet sales staff are told to lie and misrepresent the production time frames. Customers are constantly angry. This place is a nightmare.
