They don't value or try to retain experienced employees. The amount of work and lack of labor and time are a consistent and constant issue. Employee training had turned into a trial by fire style when departments are overloaded with work they grab anyone to jump in resulting in errors and more work for other departments to correct combined with unhappy customers.
