Pros
-Helpful supervisors keeping tabs on how you're doing on sales, customer engagement, helpful sales tips, and training you on becoming a great employee for their store -Friendly Co-worker environment (even from employees from other stores were helpful and nice)
Kontras
-If you work there long enough, you have to really pressure for a raise and keep tabs on being paid correctly. It's happened when a few hours were missing but it can be fixed. -Strict on tardiness. I get it, you have to be on time for work but there were sometimes being 5 mins late and you had a serious talk with the floor supervisor later as if you were an hour late without notice. You have to get there like 15 mins before your shift and literally be there the minute your shift started to sign in and then have a 10-minute chat with the floor supervisor on updates and tasks for the day.
