TCS - You're losing your best! - Sales bei The Container Store: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Horrible communication now - used to be excellent. Training used to be the best - now there is little to none. Most p/t work 3hour shifts - 3 days a week while they are hiring other "seasonal" employees. Who can live on 9 hours a week? That's not even PART time!! Managers never leave the back office - F/T used as lure to p/ters but seldom given- live on laurels of "Fortune 500" but morale is the worst I've seen in several years. Better get this fixed before some of the best sales people in the business go elsewhere!!
