Pros
I give 5 stars for diversity because it was all BIPOC, although this could be viewed as reverse discrimination for those of a different race. I gave 3 stars for compensation and benefits because the pay was fine but the health insurance is sky high.

Very poorly run operation! The most ghetto organization I have ever been associated with in all of my years. Office was dirty, assigned work at the last minute, mgmt will call at the last-minute or on an off-day to ask can you work. When you are there, they'll consistently want you to work late-no respect for work/life balance. The owner is unprofessional and micro-managerial. It comes down to if he likes you vs the quality of your work. He will talk about the commitment to advancing the company but is not open to professional advice that could help the company grow or be more competitive.
