no real pros to working for these guys once you get to know them

Management blatantly lies to staff Forced to work overtime and weekends without compensation. Management lies to clients and charges them for free tools Ridiculous promises and deadlines are given to clients which in turn forces employees to work extra hours without compensation. When you have a new idea it gets shutdown immediately then a week or 2 later one of the 2 owners will pretend it was there idea and then it's a good idea In 3+ years no increases or bonuses but there is money to buy the latest tech for the owners. The company will spend money on things that add no value instead of giving the employees a decent living wage.

Non to mention. All "pros" turned out to be lies

Treat employees like lesser human beings. Favouritism if you party with HR Micro management even though they tell you in the interview they don't micro manage No people skills to speak of No sympathy or empathy for employees Forces employees to work overtime for free by threatening there jobs/livelihoods With holds pay without communicating the reasons and when you ask you are the bad guy. Overall just a terrible company to work for! Would advise everyone to steer clear as these owners are extremely toxic.
