Pros
They paid 100% of employee health benefits and had not terrible snacks in the lunch room.
Kontras
I worked for CHP for a few years, and while I found most of the executive team to be smart and compassionate, the CEO was a different story: she was toxic and created a terrible environment; it was like she needed to have absolute control over every action of the company. Everything about the company was a secret that only the executive knew, like how successful the company was, and what our plan for growth was. This lack of transparency made it hard for front-line workers like me to do their job, or really understand the company. I don't know why there was such a secret, as far as I knew the company really only had 1 client. I was also amazed when I left CHP and got a job with a compatible title that CHP paid me close to 20% less.
