      My favorite thing about working at the building group is the constructive and collaborative environment. I am currently still in the beginning stages of my career and the executive team at The Building Group has been invaluable to my growth.       Great team and very friendly environment. I genuinely enjoy working at The Building Group and getting to know everyone. Leadership is strong and supportive - Zach and Nick are amazing and truly care about the team.

      Will allow some remote work. Easy going corporate culture.

      Kontras

      Management invested in money coming in, not people. They do not care about the associations. Condescending attitude toward staff, and no idea of what employees on front lines actually do. They do not have a good reputation among industry leaders, and lose associations regularly because the client service is missing.
